Delivery Q: When will my order be dispatched?
A: Please allow between 2-4 working days for your item to be dispatched.
Q: Who do you use to deliver your orders?A: Our standard shipping option is sent via Evri Standard Delivery.
Q: How long will delivery take?A: Domestic delivery for standard shipping usually takes around 2 working days after dispatch. If you need your items urgently, please contact us and we will do our utmost to arrange an express delivery (this may incur an additional charge).
ReturnsQ: Can I return my item?A: We accept returns within 30 days after your order has been received. The buyer is responsible to return any unwanted item/s via a tracked delivery method of your choice at your cost. Items can only be returned and not exchanged. Please be aware that under no circumstances do we accept worn or washed items. Any items returned to us in this condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in its original condition, completely unmarked, free from any odours and in the original packaging.

Items must be unworn and returned in perfect condition. Items received after the 30 days returns policy will be returned to sender.
Q: How can I get my item(s) exchanged?A: Item/s can only be returned for a refund not an exchange.
Q: What postage method should I use?
A: If you choose to return to an item to us then you will need to pay for the return postage. We recommend using "signed for" post to be sure it arrives with us! Please keep how to the receipt as it is the senders responsibility until we have received the item.
Q: How long will it take to process my return?
A: Once your item has arrived with us, your return will usually be processed within 5 working days (working days Monday - Friday). Please bear with us busy periods, as it may take slightly longer.
Q: What should I do if I was sent an incorrect/ damaged / faulty item?
